In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "go777" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at go777.bid and all associated sub-domains.
• "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the go777 platform operating under its international gaming licensing framework.
• "you," "Player," "User" refers to any individual who has registered or is using an account on the go777 platform.

• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional balance credited to a go777 account as part of a welcome offer, reload promotion, free spin award, cashback, or any other incentive scheme.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission of valid Pakistani CNIC and payment method ownership documentation.

To register and use the go777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

go777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your go777 account login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. go777 will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel.

3.1 Account Security

• You must notify go777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• go777 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You must not share your go777 account with any other person, permit any other person to access your account, or allow any person to place bets or make financial transactions on your behalf.

3.2 Account Verification

go777 may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to complete KYC verification. This is a standard requirement under our international gaming licensing obligations. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of the verification process.

3.3 Account Closure

4.1 Deposits

• go777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and debit card, subject to minimum deposit amounts as displayed on the platform at the time of transaction.
• The minimum deposit on go777 is Rs 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.
• go777 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• go777 requires all Players to complete KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until KYC is completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• go777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals that trigger internal fraud-detection thresholds, including but not limited to unusually large single withdrawal requests.

go777 offers a range of bonus promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• All bonus offers are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed the relevant qualifying action (e.g., minimum deposit, registration).
• Each promotion is available once per Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are used after Real Money Balance is depleted.

• go777's gaming outcomes are final. go777 will not reverse settled game results except in cases where a verifiable technical malfunction has demonstrably affected the outcome.

• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

go777's sports betting section covers cricket, including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Test matches, T20I tournaments, and ICC events, as well as other sports including football, kabaddi, UFC, and other international competitions. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Live (in-play) bets placed after the stated cut-off for a particular market will be void. go777 uses automated systems to reject late bets, but reserves the right to void any bet that is suspected of having been placed with knowledge of a relevant event outcome.
• Arbitrage betting, use of betting automation software or bots, and systematic exploitation of pricing errors are strictly prohibited on go777. Accounts found engaging in these activities will be closed and all associated winnings voided.

• Engaging in any conduct that go777 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

All content on the go777 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of go777 or its licensed third-party game and software providers.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the go777 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any go777 content without express prior written consent from go777.
• The go777 name, logo, and domain go777.bid are registered commercial identifiers and may not be used by any third party without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law under go777's international licensing framework, go777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the go777 platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of go777's Services.
• Any disruption to Service availability caused by events outside go777's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications network failures, power outages, cyber-attacks, or acts of government.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your go777 account credentials.

go777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of the transaction or transactions directly giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

go777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, go777 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email to the registered address or a notification displayed on the platform at login.

• Your continued use of the go777 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using go777 and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
• go777 may terminate these Terms and close your account at any time if you breach any provision of these Terms, if go777 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, or if continued operation of your account presents a legal, compliance, or reputational risk to go777.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under go777's international gaming licensing framework.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through go777's internal complaint resolution process may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under go777's applicable gaming licence. go777's internal complaints procedure is available to all registered Players via the customer support team.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and go777 in relation to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the go777 platform and Services.
